Are there nanoplastics in your waterbottel and is it safe to drink?

New research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences says that on average, a liter of bottled water contains nearly a quarter of a million pieces of nanoplastic. While this might seem scary, it's not time to freak out just yet. Here's all you need to know about the teeny tiny plastics.
