Tshwane residents protest against poor service delivery

Members of the Lotus Garden, Atteridgeville, Saulsville Civil Association (LASCA) marched to
Tshwane House protesting against service delivery issues in the area. They were expected to hand
over a memorandum of demands to Tshwane Mayor Cilliers Brink. The Tshwane-based ratepayers
and advocacy group is especially concerned over the city's billing system and what they perceive as
poor service delivery. Phemelo speaks to Atterdigevillle, Sausville Civil Association Chairperson,
