Government not directly responsible for increased fuel price

On the latest explained well, The Drive with Rob & Roz explained an upcoming fuel increase in February. The Automobile Association says that unaudited data from the Central Energy Fund indicates an increase in all grades of fuel for February. They also added that the government is not directly responsible for this increase.
