In today's edition of Women Crush Wednesday, Carol hosted the founder and CEO of the Icebolethu Group, Nomfundo Mcoyi.
Nomfundo is a former educator who founded Icebolethu Funerals 14 years ago. It has now grown to be Icebolethu Group which is a conglomerate comprised of 10 companies. Icebolethu Group has over 130 branches in KZN, Gauteng and the United Kingdom. The group employs over 1 800 employees and the funeral division holds over 500 000 funeral policies to date making it one of the leaders in the industry. Nomfundo transformed a funeral parlour into a group of successful companies she is known as one of the leading innovators in the industry having introduced products that have transformed the industry. Nomfundo is also a mother to three young adults and in 2020 Nomfundo released her Cookbook titled "Boardroom to the Kitchen".
