Breathing activities 6 systems and no 1 is
INHALING 0xygen and EXHALING waste products from our bodies!
Theme: lying on your back.
1. Breathing with Scissor arms: adding coordination
2. Rocking the Pelvis and hip hikes. These exercises allow the spine and pelvis to move in 4 different ways.
3. Hip Flexor stretch. Necessary to do every day because we sit so much
4. Hamstring Muscles Stretch.
These muscles need to be stretched so we can upright in correct posture.
