Potash is a major ingredient of fertilizers, but clumping can happen when it is exposed to moisture, which can lead to waste in processing and in use on the farm. Dr. Lifeng Zhang with the University of Saskatchewan's College of Engineering, tells Evan what he has learned while taking a closer look at why fertilizer with potash is susceptible to this problem.
