In a heartwarming gesture of support, Hot Cares has stepped in to assist Monica Mbewe and her 7-year-old son, Khumo, who was born with Spina Bifida. Khumo, who requires ongoing medical care, is in urgent need of a body brace to support his spine and a wheelchair to aid his mobility as he grows.
