SUI's proclamation processes

During First Things First yesterday, we discussed some utterances MK Party's Mzwanele Manyi made during an appearance at a Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development the day before. He called the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) a "presidential hit squad". The team had a balanced debate on this topic. Spokesperson of SIU, Kaizer Kganyago, was listening and felt he deserves a right of reply. Therefore, we invited him to join us this morning to clarify SIU's proclamation processes and hand to hand workings between SIU and NPA.
