It's considered the very first home video game console with Ralph Baer, a German-American engineer, creating a ping-pong style game. Fast forward to 2024 & the PlayStation from Sony & Microsoft's Xbox, powerful consoles that rival the most spec'd-out gaming PC's. The handheld segment of that market has by and large been monopolised by Nintendo, mostly because their device was the most user friendly. Until now...
