Tithes are the first ten percent of our income. Tithe actually means “tenth.” The Bible also tells us we should return God’s tithe to Him first, before we do anything else with our money (Proverbs 3:9). This can be difficult for many of us who are struggling to make ends meet as it is, but let’s talk about the importance of tithing.
