ActionSA announces merger with F4SD

In a move that could redefine South Africa’s political future, ActionSA has announced its merger with the Forum 4 Service Delivery (F4SD), a party with a decade-long presence in local government. The decision, revealed by the party on 15 January during ActionSA's first press conference of 2025 in Rosebank, marked the beginning of a bold shift in the political landscape - one that aims to replace the status quo with a new era of positive, cooperative politics. According to ActionSA chairperson Michael Beaumont, the announcement follows the May 2024 general election, where no party secured a two-thirds majority, paving the way for the formation of a government of national unity (GNU). Phemelo is joined in studio by ActionSA leader, Herman Mashaba.
