Mbenenge's advocate denies he sent secretary any nude pictures

Eastern Cape High Court Judge President Selby Mbenenge has been accused of sexual harassment by Andiswa Mengo, who works as a judge's secretary in his court. Last week, a JSC Judicial Conduct Tribunal began its gross misconduct investigation into Mengo's accusations, which she supported with WhatsApp messages sent to her by Mbenenge. Mbenenge insisted his often sexually loaded interactions with Mengo were consensual and denied he sent her images of his private parts. Phemelo gets some analysis on the case from Legal Expert, Mpumelelo Zikalala and we also explore issues of gender dynamics in the legal fraternity with member of Basadi Ba Molao advocate, Fezeka Magano.
