As January comes to an end, we celebrate everyone who had to carry their family’s needs. From their Children, parents, siblings, and whoever was under your care. You made it! You should be able to do SOMETHING for yourself. What do you do to take care of yourself? Daily, or weekly? Or monthly? What are those things? Do you sometimes feel a little guilty doing them? Why?
