Have you ever caught yourself making social plans or promises that feel right in the moment, but later, are hard to stick to? When we meet people we haven't seen in a long time, or when we strike a connection with someone new, we may find ourselves in that phase of the conversation, when someone initiates the "second meet up", or an invitation arises. Maybe we just feel compelled to say things like, "We should do something sometime!" Or "Sure I'll be there", or even "I'll give you a call".
