12-year-old Caelam has faced more challenges than most will in a lifetime. Born with severe medical conditions and now preparing for a high-risk scoliosis surgery, his fight for a better future continues.

His parents, Lize and Kobus, have done everything to give him the best care, but they need help to cover the R50,000 needed for post-surgery recovery—including vital physiotherapy and specialised equipment.
