Nasiphi Moya, the Mayor of Tshwane, says her first 100 days in office were both rewarding and challenging. She assumed office last year after a motion of no-confidence against Cilliers Brink. In October, shortly after her swearing-in, her administration launched a 100-day action plan. The document outlined six priorities: financial stability, economic revitalisation, infrastructure development, service delivery, by-law enforcement, and community engagement. Phemelo is in conversation with Mayor Nasiphi Moya.
