Gauteng potholes : Big on announcements but light on details

In the wake of Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi promising to fix potholes within 3 days of reporting them, many taxpayers are battling to get any answers about how this will actually be achieved.

During his State of the Province Address earlier this week, Lesufi noted the major problems - we as motorists - face on our daily commute, including non-functioning traffic lights, and potholes.

He says with help from the The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, they've managed to identify hundreds of potholes across the province.
