Dog’s Blog: A Tail of Wit and Whimsy
Originally authored but ‘written’ by Zed, a stubborn and opinionated Basset Hound, Dog’s Blog offered a hilarious take on life in the Stone household. Co-written by Skunk, the flying punk dog, their antics charmed readers of the The Springs Advertiser for years —until tragedy struck, and both were lost. But the blog lived on! Enter Fudge, a well-fed mutt rescued from the SPCA, and his mischievous feline sidekick, Looseyfur. This collection captures the humor, heart, and magic of life with pets—told from their perspective. Enjoy the ride!
About Ginny Stone
Ginny Stone has been a lifelong writer, debuting in 2008 with Sibo Makes A Difference. Her Sibo Series, now with 16 eco-conscious titles, uses quirky rhymes to engage young readers on topics like space, nanotechnology, and HIV/AIDS. Ginny co-wrote The Imaginaeries of Faerie Glen with her daughter, Igz, crafting a modern faerie tale set in Pretoria’s nature reserve. Her latest book, Jack, the Hooligancat, humorously blends fantasy with real-life cat antics. A Dog’s Blog and Straight from the Mutt’s Mouth bring family life to life from a dog’s perspective. She also designs educational games and enjoys gardening.
