Social media is ride with ‘insiders’ sayong the DA has agreed to the 0.5% VAT agreement in return for concessions in other areas - despite Dr Frans Cronje explaining to us last week why the DA cannot afford to endorse any tax increases.......Mark Burke is the DA’s spokesman on Finance.
