The Forum for South Africa (FOSA) has sharply criticized Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, over her recent public comments regarding MKP Secretary-General Floyd Shivambu’s alleged support for controversial religious leader and fugitive, Shepherd Bushiri.
In a strongly worded statement, FOSA accused the Minister of overstepping the boundaries of her official role by turning what they consider a personal matter into a public issue under the banner of the Justice Ministry.
