His musical influences range from Drake and The Manhattans to Erykah Badu, Jabu Khanyile, and Thokozani Langa, all of whom have taught him the power of emotion in music. His latest single, Phresha, is an up-beat urban track with influences of Kwaito and Maskandi music. Speaking about the release, Halo shares: “I am beyond excited to share this single with the world. It stems from a very personal journey, and I’ve poured my heart into it. I hope it resonates with listeners everywhere.”
