Mona Monyane is a seasoned South African actress and theatre director whose work centres around healing, empowerment, and spiritual resilience. With a BA in Drama from the University of Pretoria and a background in community theatre, Mona has directed several socially driven stage productions. On screen, she’s known for powerful roles in Kalushi, Hard to Get, and Netflix’s Wild in the Wind. Off-screen, she is the founder of Power of Wellness (POW), a safe space dedicated to mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Through her artistry and advocacy, Mona invites audiences into conversations about personal transformation and collective healing.
