Jasmeet is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of JV Ventures, an investment firm in India managing a portfolio valued at over $1 billion. Jasmeet is a pioneer of the education infrastructure asset class in India, having co-founded Cerestra and Cappella, two investment vehicles that own school real estate serving more than 20,000 students in India. Jasmeet is also a co-founder of Crimson Schools, a network of independent schools serving more than 15,000 students in India. Earlier in his career, Jasmeet was Chief Investment Officer at India REIT, one of the early homegrown real estate private equity funds in India.
