The Presidential Climate Commission (PCC) has been in existence for five years now and has recently held its quarterly meeting. The session discussed amongst others, the Komati Power Station Redevelopment Initiative and the status of the Just Energy Transition Investment Plan Implementation.

We had a chat with the Head of Communications and Consensus Building for the PCC, Mr Blessing Manale on how far the presidential climate commission has come with its mandate of facilitating a just and equitable transition towards a low-emissions and climate-resilient economy.
