The story about the Kenwyn teenager intercepted at Cape Town International Airport while trying to join ISIS over the weekend is still a hot news topic. And there’s been a lot of interest in how this young woman was recruited. It's understood evidence from her online activities, payments, as well as documents in her room were discovered, linking her to communication with the group. There have also been reports from neighbours that many youths in the neighbourhood had been recruited to ISIS.
