Violence in South Africa remains a critical issue in the country and takes place in many forms. The Wednesday Wrap spoke to The Teddy Bear Clinic’s Dr Shaheda Omar to unpack violence in South Africa involving children, following news that broke of the arrest of seven teenage girls for assaulting one of their peers in Johannesburg, whilst in a school in Pretoria, community members assaulted learners for being late to school.
