Mbali Mbele is the academic and legal research officer at Black Lawyers Association Student Chapter UNISA Vaal branch. She has taken part in a moot court competition that took place at the Supreme court of appeal and she has written heads of argument for African moot court competitions.

Outside of law Mbali is a radio presenter and producer and an innovative entrepreneur who has made it to the Kenya innovation week 2023 and UNISA innovation challenge 2025.
She is a legal support graduate and LLB candidate.
