According to a statement made by the Presidency, approximately 3.3 million people live with disabilities in South Africa, with less than 1% of them being student. Marketing its 31st anniversary, the NCPD will continue its annual Casual Day campaign, which not only aims to raise funds but also to raise awareness about the challenges and potential of the disability community.
