ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba says while the party has concerns about the commission’s track record, it’s a constitutionally mandated body and the proper place to start. They’re also ready to take the matter to the Equality Court if needed. This follows McKenzie's use of Apartheid-era slurs and derogatory remarks aimed at Black South Africans. Phemelo speaks to Herman Mashaba about what happens next.
