Despite the grim prognosis, she defied the odds, undergoing multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. Her remarkable recovery was chronicled in her book, Surviving the Unthinkable: From Wheelchair to High Heels, where she shares her story of faith, perseverance, and healing.

Leading Swatek Defence and Aerospace
Founded by Dr. Mtsetfwa, Swatek Defence and Aerospace specializes in the design, development, and production of high-quality cable harnesses and control boxes tailored for military and aviation applications. The company is at the forefront of South Africa's defence sector, providing critical electrical systems that enhance the operational capabilities of defence vehicles and equipment.
Under her leadership, Swatek has showcased its innovations on international platforms, including the International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF) in Turkey.
