The Magaliesberg - "Almost as a old as life itself"

Gauteng is home to one of the oldest mountain ranges on Earth.

The Magaliesberg - which stretches between Bronkhorstspruit in the East to almost as far as Sun City in the West is over two and a half billion years old.

Scientists say that's nearly half as old as the planet itself.
