Echoes of the Titanic: A Visit to the New Titanic Museum
Loading player...
The Titanic was a British luxury ocean liner that tragically sank on its maiden voyage from Southampton to New York City in April 1912. Known for its grandeur and cutting-edge design, it was deemed “unsinkable” due to its advanced safety features. However, disaster struck when it hit an iceberg in the North Atlantic, causing the ship to break apart and sink within hours. Over 1,500 passengers and crew lost their lives, making it one of the deadliest maritime disasters in history. The Titanic’s story remains a powerful symbol of human ambition, tragedy, and the limits of technological confidence.
