Former Road Accident Fund CEO Collins Letsoalo could face criminal charges if he again fails to appear before Parliament, after repeatedly avoiding summonses linked to a probe into his multimillion-rand spending while in office. Scopa chairperson Songezo Zibi says sheriffs found Letsoalo’s listed properties vacant several times, prompting Parliament to serve the summons electronically.
