As the academic year ends and thousands of students prepare to enter the professional world, many step into workplaces with limited understanding of their employee rights. A large portion of young people including new graduates and even early-career professionals admit to signing employment contracts without fully reading or understanding them. This lack of awareness leaves them vulnerable to exploitation, unfair terms, and workplace disputes that could have been avoided with basic contract literacy.
Today’s conversation aims to equip first-time employees with the Contractual Law essentials they need to navigate the world of work confidently and protect themselves as they build their careers.
