Saskatoon Police Service will soon implement mandatory alcohol screening in the city, something Regina did almost two years ago, which allows police to lawfully demand a driver to provide a roadside breath sample without requiring suspicion of impairment. Kyla Lee, a lawyer specializing in criminal driving with Acumen Law, joins guest host Brent Loucks to discuss what this mandatory screening will mean for Saskatoon.
