A big snowstorm is underway — some areas could see up to 35 cm of snow. Regina might get as much as 30 cm, while Saskatoon could see around 25 cm. That means it’s time to grab the shovels, but how do we do it safely to protect our bodies? No one wants a pulled back or a tweaked shoulder, so to help us avoid injuries, Tamara is joined by Saskatoon physical therapist and yoga therapist Adrianne Vangool.
