On Friday the U.S. Supreme court overturned Donald Trump’s emergency tariffs, ruling that he overstepped his authority by imposing them without proper legal justification. However, Trump says he plans to fight the ruling and look for other legal and political avenues to reimpose the tariffs. Premier Moe joins guest host Taylor MacPherson to talk about what all this means for trade relations with the USA.
