New research suggests that coordinated campaigns, some using AI, are trying to amplify division and confusion when it comes to political movements in Canada. Brian McQuinn, an associate professor at the University of Regina and co-director of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Data and Conflict, says current campaigns are targeting the Alberta separatism movement.
