Once you become Born Again, invest in your character by building God’s character within you. Perhaps there are things you do that you don’t like; you need the Word to wash you and get rid of those things in your life.
By allowing the Word to wash you, you’ll find yourself speaking in line with God’s Word when the pressures of life come, because the Word now has pre-eminence in your life.
Hebrews 13:5-6 touches on what God has already done. He said, that we may boldly say. This is how you change your character. Say what is in line with God’s Word, even if the circumstances say otherwise.
