Healthcare staffing shortages continue to challenge health systems across Canada, with many organizations struggling not just to recruit nurses, but to keep them. Raelynn Douglas, CEO of Raesoleil Inc, author of the Billion Dollar Blindspot and organizer of the Saskatchewan Nurse Retention Solutions Forum, says that if the province focused on retention, it would save tax dollars and improve the overall healthcare system.
