Uganda to Launch National Cleaning Days, But Will It Work In South Africa?

Uganda has introduced a mandatory National Cleaning Day held on the last Saturday of every month from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to improve sanitation, clear blocked drainage, and prevent diseases like malaria and typhoid.
