The government aims to give condoms to children as young as nine as part of a sex education programme in schools. The Department of Basic education is releasing the draft national policy on HIV, STI's and TB which also includes the provision of sexual and reproductive health services. This draft policy is open for public comment. We chat now to spokepserson of the DBE, Elijah Mhlanga about this draft proposal.....
