When we smell the lovely floral scent of fabric softener the thought of dying fish never crosses our minds. How can something that smells so nice be bad? But the reality is that some softeners contain chemicals that can have potentially devastating effects on the environment. This week Dr Elzanne Singels from Bossie Collective explains to Otto van der Walt how the luxury of a bouquet of flowers wafting from your washing, can be really bad for the environment.
