Nhlanhla Dlamini is a Wits graduate, Rhodes Scholar, Oxford and Harvard alumnus, and a McKinsey star who walked away just months from making associate partner. He built a Johannesburg factory from nothing, was turned down by investors again and again, and survived COVID and load shedding. Maneli Pets became the first South African company to export pet food to the US.
