Fresh Talker With Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi On the launch of Non-partisan Grassroots Civic Movement, The Batho Pele Convention

Fresh and Thato spoke to former EFF MP and host of the African Renaissance Podcast, Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi on the Batho Pele Convention: Siyazenzela initiative calling for a permanent, non-partisan, membership-funded grassroots movement to help fix broken infrastructure and schools in communities. The first test is this Saturday at Regina Mundi Church in Soweto where graduates of Soweto’s public schools are invited to launch an Alumni League chapter covering about 200 schools. Each member contributes R3,000 a year to renovate school infrastructure.
