since 1998. He is a Director and Chief Investment Officer of Futuregrowth, and is Chairman of the Credit
Committee and Investment Committee. Andrew was a founding Board member of CFA South Africa, and
he is active on bond related committees of ASISA. He has served on the boards of various infrastructure
related entities such as Trans Africa Concessions (N4 toll road), N3 Toll Concessions (N3 toll road),
Infrastructure Finance Corporation (municipal finance) and as Chairman of the South Africa
Infrastructure Fund
