ICC members should lead on justice

The African Union Summit takes place in Johannesburg this week and high on the agenda are issues such as xenophobia, migration and terrorism. However, the AU's relation to the ICC is something that needs to be looked at as well. It's an open question as to whether Mugabe will continue to forge ahead on his call for African ICC members to pull out of the ICC. Malawi took an important stand last week against withdrawal and more states should do the same.
