Child labour day turns harsh on India

Today is the World Day Against Child Labour. Held very year on June 12, itis intended to foster the worldwide movement against child labour in any of its forms. Media outlets are all focused on this issue today, however, a country that is facing great scrutiny for child labour is India.
The Indian government is proposing changes to child labour laws that some activists say do not go far enough to ensure children are not exploited.
