The urgent application brought by miners who were injured and arrested in the 2012 Marikana massacre was dismissed in the High Court in Pretoria today. Judge Neil Tuchten gave no reasons for his decision. The miners submitted the application to try to force president Jacob Zuma release the Farlam Commission's report of findings into the tragedy immediately.
