President Jacob Zuma's summary of the much anticipated Farlam Commission's Marikana report was finally released last night and let's just say that the findings were excatly welcomed by many South Africans. One of the main findings is that Judge Ian Farlam has recommended that the NPA probe the police's actions in order to determine criminal liability.
